In 2025, my fee is $150 per session.
What am I paying for?
It’s natural to want assurance that your therapist is truly skilled, especially given the time and financial commitment you’re making. My background includes over 40 years of dedicated learning, encompassing education, training, certifications, coaching, personal therapy, consultation, licensure, and a profound exploration of my own inner world. While I’ve navigated my share of hardships, including trauma, this personal journey has uniquely equipped me. I understand firsthand the complexities of various challenges and, crucially, I know what helps. I’ve experienced both effective and ineffective approaches, and I’m committed to using only the methods that genuinely work. Additionally, with private pay therapy, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services.
Do you have lower fee slots?
My standard fee may not be accessible to everyone, which is why I reserve a limited number of lower-fee appointments. Please feel free to ask me about current openings. While these slots are often in demand, it’s always worth checking.
How do I pay?
Payment for service is expected at the time it is provided. I accept payment by credit card through your Simple Practice Portal, unless using in-network insurance through Alma, Headway, or Rula.
Do you take insurance?
I do take insurances through several companies that manage billing. Clients sign up with the company (for free) and provide insurance information and credit card (for the co-pay); then the company handles submitting claims to insurance and pays me. I have listed the companies below.
I can provide superbills for out-of-network clients to submit for reimbursement.
